Sins & Blessings This is the story of two ordinary young men, Sean, and his best friend Cameron...and their extraordinary personal encounter with God. -- God speaks to Sean one night and what he reveals to him helps to save a life. This encounter changes his life forever!
Can sin prevent or block blessings from your life? Does obedience matter? The answer is yes. We can’t earn our way to God by being a “good person” or just by believing without works, because “faith without works is dead…” (James 2:14), but faith and a life surrendered to God will result in a blessed life.
When our unconfessed sins have placed us outside of His benevolent protection, sincere confession will always purify us from all unrighteousness ( 1 John 1:9) and restore us to full fellowship with God. Confess early, confess often. You’ll always be forgiven. The blood of Jesus has made it so.
The Bible Scriptures on Sin also inform us that everyone has sinned and failed to live up to the perfection of holiness demanded by God. Yet, the work of Jesus on the cross can cleanse us from all our sins and place us in a right relationship with God. He sees all of our sins and nothing can be hidden from him.
